Attention Senior Student Athletes!
JMHS Athletic Boosters 2025-2026 Warhawk Pride Athletic Scholarship is open, apply now!
Are you a Class of 2026 student athlete? Have you proudly represented the Madison Warhawks? If so, you qualify to apply for one of four JMHS Athletic Boosters Warhawk Pride Athletic Scholarships. This $1000 tuition scholarship will be awarded to four student athletes who best exemplify Warhawk Pride. Student-athletes should submit their completed applications electronically, via email as an attachment to Kim Bryant, Athletic Boosters Club Scholarship Chairperson, at kimbjapan@yahoo.com
The application deadline is Friday, May 15, 2026 @ 11:59pm
Mentor of the Year Award
Nominate a current or former Madison Coach or Trainer for their exceptional guidance of athletes and commitment to the team. Deadline May 15th, 2026.

Nominate a current or former Athletic Booster Club Member for their exemplary service in support of Madison student-athletes. Deadline May 15th, 2026.
